Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 17/20):
When first reaching the site, it held a nice simplicity to it. Similar appearance you would find on Forumotion's homepage. Excellent work with layout.

Greeted with updates and Polls. Even those who may be new to the site will get a good understanding of latest activity and hot topics.
Categories & Forums (Score: 9/10):

The categories are excellent, just what you would come to expect from a support forum. As its layout, its simple, easy to find and get to the topic you wish. Nice arrangement of categories and topics. Easy to follow to desired topic of choice.

The support covering most of software and computer related affairs, also providing a nice other services section for graphic requests and packages. Helpful and easy to follow. A HitSkin support topic as well, that surprised me, not seeing that much in other forums. Excellent work adding that.

Rules were posted and made clear at the top of the forum, as well as important points and related announcements. Outstanding.

Forum Layout

Major Graphics (Score: 9/10):
Banner
The banner was a just right fit for the site. Noticing the Forumotion's mascot, went really well with the font and coloring of the forum's banner. And as stating in the bottom of the title, the general mission of the site "A General Support Forum" Showing all of what the site is about. Working well with the scheme of the forum.
Navigation Bar
The navigation-bar was outstanding, having the grey transparent look when first noticing, and having a shining glow effect on mouseover, a nice touch to the scheme. Good Job.
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 8/10):
The color scheme was nice, easy on the eyes. The light background, making the text easy to read and easy to navigate around the site with ease.

The layout as I said before was simple. Just as anyone would like it, simple and to the point. I loved the layout myself
Images & Icons (Score: 8/10):
The icons are basic, but they look great on your forum. The roll-over effect that you placed on the topics in the forum board when mouseover was genius. (bonus to the attention grabbing)

36 messages is not bad for a 5 day old forum. 4 users is what you would come to figure for a forum just starting. No doubt with a little more time and passing you will receive more members.
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 10/10):

Good with the groups. Everything you would need for a support forum. Nice seperation of supports [e.g Computer Support Moderators and ForuMotion Support Moderators] No more groups would be needed. Good Job

As I said above, there is no shame in the low numbers with a fresh forum being produced. Members will come over time. 36 messages is not bad for 4 members, nice to see post activity is fresh.
