Generalities

1. First Impressions (Score: 19/20):
   First thing I looked at was it's layout. I like the header, but I think text "Nitendopeeps(c)copyright 2008-2009" is way too big. When I scrolled through the forum, I liked the layout.
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score: 7/10):
   I like "Member created blogs" section, but I think you should ask your members to use grammar and not to make pointless blogs, such as 1 reason why Angelica is stupid. I really dislike Garbage, as it has what I call forum-in-category - forum with the same name as category it's in.

Forum Style

1. Major Graphics (Score: 6/10):
   Banner
   As I have mentioned, I like the header but copyright text is way too big. Maybe a better font or a different colour for forum name would be good because first I looked at the title on banner, I didn't know if it says Nitendopeeps or Nitondopeeps. 3/5
   Navigation Bar
   It's nice, it matches the colours of the forum, but I don't like the border. Is that square really necessary? 3/5
   
   
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 8/10):
   I like the layout, because colours match. Maybe try not so big difference between background colour and colour behind the forum title (forgot how to call it).
   
3. Images & Icons (Score: 7/10):
   Well, I think you should change forum icons because they don't match the forum. I also don't know what does Who Is Online image has to do with Nintendo.

1. Population of Groups (Score: 8/10):
   There are only four visible groups - that's quite small amount. I don't think there's anything to say.
   
2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 6/10):
   All four groups are staff groups - and administrators group has 3 members, moderator 4, writers two, and GFX none. Try hiring more staff.

   Our users have posted a total of 13317 messages
   We have 311 registered users
   The newest registered user is pokemainiac

   You have loads of users and messages. But how many users are active at all? And 3308 posts are in garbage!
   
2. Users Active (Score: 4/10):
   

   Members connected during last 99 hours : Big Bang, CyberBlastoise, Dark Angelica, Ganondorf Spirits Group, Kilez, Monasti, Walwy

   Very, very bad! Only two users, all others are staff! For a forum with over 300 users, that's very bad!

Sorry, it's shorter but I'm a bit ill right now...

In the early stages of the forum, the forum was very populated with members and they posted a lot.

When school re-opened, the members never showed again,

Now, most of the remaining active members joined staff to keep them active and posting.
