This is forum court of law. Court of Law offers you complaint against users.
You can file a lawsuit if a user is breaking rules or Terms of Service. Other reasons may apply as well, but administrator may refuse them.
The Prosecutors are global moderators. Only one moderator is assigned to one case.
In case we run out of Prosecutors, we will ask other staff to take the case.
Also Lawyer will be global moderator.
The Court of Law is also a place to Charge administrators with a good reason. This is a place to ask why you got an official warning or complaint against it.
Note: Court of Law is not a discussion place. Every case with too much of discussion that will not be defending/charging will be closed! This is also not a place to ask questions. Every member breaking the note written in this topic will get an official warning (warning bar).

The Court of Law is also a place to make a complaint if you have been removed from staff.
All cases that will not receive prosecutor's, lawyer's or client's reply in twenty-four hours, will be closed.
You can withdraw a lawsuit after it has been opened for maximum 24 hours. Even if you do withdraw a lawsuit, lawyers/prosecutors may continue with it, or judge will refuse to allow it to be withdrawn if it is of higher importance.
If you are proven a victim, a damages will be awarded (decided by the judge).
If you are found guilty, you will have to serve a penalty determined by the judge. Prosecutor suggests the punishment before the verdict is delivered.
You also have to pay 100 points a day to your lawyer/prosecutor (the transaction is to be done when the trial ends).
You can defend yourself if you do not wish to pay your lawyer.
