I noticed the topic to report your absence is no longer here (or my memory is playing tricks on me and it was some similar topic I made about a year ago ), but it would be needed with the new rule:

• If a member will not visit the forum at least every 14 days and make a post at least every 20 days, their [promotion] topic will be garbaged! It will also earn them a warning for inactivity!

If you are leaving, answer to this topic stating:

• Why you will be absent (vacation, illness, school trip, your birthday party preparations etc.)
  
• From when you will be absent
  and
• When you will come back

I will not be able to be on much these days because my birthday party is on Thursday and my To-do list is quite long... I'm coming back on Friday.
