Mad staff
I did - twice! Here's what they wrote:
( Read )MrMario wrote:This is going to end right now. Phil Scape threating a user here will not fly here at all. You will just get yourself banned. You don't need to know my age or anyone else. Gasol_The_Great just ignore the loser and move on. If you have any more trouble just come back and contact Typlo.
I will be locking this topic and if I hear anything I will be starting the ban hammer right up.
this one isn't really mad, but still I think would go here:

Aye, bitch. Just to keep it short... 1) You don't own us. 2) I gots meh bazooka, don't mess with us: 3) I just pwned your ass.
^^ Lol, this one might be a bit inappropriate, when I've seen his post, I wanted to report it already.
Post yours! Make sure to include the post & link to it!

Re: Mad staff
Charlemagne
- Spoiler:
- This is the problem I am experiencing.
Link text being over written, and not showing. Links not going directly to target but to a confirmation page.
Here is an example of my link text being overwritten and not displaying.- Code:
[url=http://www.mediafire.com/?0ddvtqzmllz]text[/url]
text
Here is screenshot of the confirmation page.
Charlemagne
- Spoiler:
- It seems forumotion is doing this:
http://charlemagne.createforum.eu/go/
That shows part of the link hijacking.
Charlemagne
- Spoiler:
- I've had a look at the page source code and found the problem:
Mediafire.com 0ddvtqzmllz
Forumotion is automatically changing my links.
When will this problem be solved?
Thanks.

My guess would be that its a new feature and would like to make sure users are knowing what they are downloading or opening. Another staff member has asked about this so I am waiting to hear back.
Charlemagne
- Spoiler:
- Well they would know what they are downloading if this so called "feature" didn't overwrite the descriptive text I typed!
As it is, I now need to place the text above the forumotion hijacking link.
So hardly a feature. It is a problem that needs to be fixed.
It seems to act on certain urls. If that is the case I will simply be forced to find file hosting that forumotion does not hijack.
It is absurd to call this problem a "feature"!

Like I said I will get back to you on what it is. No where in that do you state or imply you will get back to me. So don't claim to have said something when you didn't and just expect to let that stand unchallenged.
Now that I know you will in fact get back to me, I look forward to that and thank you.

Mario is only trying to help.this seems to be something new forumotion put in place that we were not aware of.
well since your using phpbb3 you wont be able to install/add a anonymize.
See over here on my test forum all links are anatomized automatically and redirected to the link.. this prevents members to hotlink etc...
http://tesing123kirk.freeforum.me.uk/test-board-1-f1/testing-links-t13.htm
but your best alternative would just to use link protector.
like this and this is the link to convert them.
http://malware-site.www/-83fb01
other then that i have no idea how long forumotion has had this like this.
i have been using my anonym on all my sites forumotion, phpbb, website groups like all sites i ever created i always have this in place.. so i was not even aware foromotion there thing in place now.
but i dont see what the big deal is either. all it's doing is redirecting the link kind of like the same way i have my forums set up or if you where useing the link protection.
but heres the script code for this if you want it but it can anly be used on phpbbs or punnbb because you have to add it to your over all footer template right befor the
